摘 要:目的研究正常和氟中毒大鼠股骨头松质骨密度.方法选用体重170~250 g,3~4月龄Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为氟中毒组和正常对照组,氟中毒组大鼠经饮水投入氟复制氟中毒模型.饲养3个月后处死,对大鼠股骨头松质骨下端进行骨密度测量.结果氟中毒组骨密度0.122 7±0.002 71,正常对照组0.131 9±0.001 48.结论氟中毒组骨密度值显著低于正常对照组.Objective To investigate density of femoral head cancellous bone in notnal and fluoride - treated rats. Methods Choose 40 Wislar rats with 170 to 250 g weight aged 3 to 4 months old and divide them into 2 average groups as normal group and fluorosis group randomly. Fluoride was administered to one group through drinking water for a period of 3 months, Then density of femoral head cancellous bone in 40 rats was measured. Results The fluorosis group of bone density was 0. 122 7 ± 0. 002 71. The normal control was 0. 131 9 ± 0.001 48. Conclusions Bone density of fluorosis group was significantly lower than normal group( P 〈 0.05).
