摘　　要：数值模拟是目前研究焊接过程最为有效的工具之一。以1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢钢板的TIG焊焊接为研究对象,采用C语言编写程序,得出了焊接过程中金属表面的温度分布随时间的变化情况,用Tecplot软件处理模拟结果,并通过试验验证了模拟结果的准确性。Numerical simulation is one of the most effective tools for studying the welding behaviors. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel - TIG welding is choosen as studied object. C language is adopted to programme and achieves the metal surface temperature with time. Tecplot software is adopted to analyze the stimulant results which is proved by experiments.
