摘　　要：尼莫地平对Ｃａ￣（２＋）和某些介质致豚鼠气管平滑肌收缩的抑制作用白春学，方晓惠，钮善福，吴淦桐（上海医科大学中山临床医学院肺病学教研室，基础医学院药理教研室，上海２０００３２）钙通道阻滞剂对支气管的扩张作用已有不少报道［１］，但尚无涉及尼莫地平（Ｎｉ...The effects of nimodipine(Nim)against contraction of tracheal strips of gtiinea pig in-duced by Ca2+and some mediators was studied invitro. CaCl2 and histamine(His) caused significantcumulative concentration effect relationship withpD2 values of 3.58 and 5.68 After being incubatedwith Nim 0.1 -10μmol·L-1 for 20 min,the responseselicited by CaCl2 and His were depressed and pD2 val-ues were 2.81 and 6.67 respectively . Cumulative concen-tration of Nim resulted in concentration dependent re-laxing effects on contraction of tracheal strips inducedby acetylcholine 10 μmol·L-1 and prostaglandinF2α 5 mmol·L-1 with IC50 values of 0.788 and 0.81μmol·L-1.The results indicates that Nim has a signifi-cant effect on bronch0dudtion.
