摘 要:目的研究远志属植物瓜子金Polygala japonica根中的化学成分.方法利用正相、反相硅胶柱和大孔树脂柱色谱分离,并通过波谱技术进行结构鉴定.结果从乙醇提取物的丙酮溶出物中分离得到了8个化合物,其结构鉴定为β-D-(3-O-芥子酰基)-呋喃果糖基-α-D-(6-O-芥子酰基)-吡喃葡萄糖苷[β-D-(3-O-sinapoyl)-fructofuranosyl-α-D-(6-O-sinapoyl)-glcuopyranoside,Ⅰ],荷花山桂花糖A(arillatose A,Ⅱ),西伯利亚远志糖A5(sibiricoseA5,Ⅲ),西伯利亚远志糖A6(sibiricose A6,Ⅳ),2-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-1,3,7-三羟基(口山)酮(neolancerin,Ⅴ),远志(口山)酮Ⅲ(polygalaxanthoneⅢ,Ⅵ),西伯利亚远志(口山)酮A(sibiricaxanthone A,Ⅶ)和远志醇(Ⅷ).结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅴ为首次从天然产物中分得.Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots of Polygala japonica. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel, ODS, and macroporous resin column chromatography and their structures were determined by means of spectral analysis. Results Eight compounds were isolated and characterized as β-D-(3-O-sinapoyl )-fructofuranosyl-α-D-( 6-O-sinapoyl )-glucopyranoside ( Ⅰ ), arillatose A ( Ⅱ ), sibiricose A5 ( Ⅲ ), sibiricose A6 (Ⅳ), neolancerin ( Ⅴ ), polygalaxanthone Ⅲ (Ⅵ), sibiricaxanthone A (Ⅶ) and polygalatol (Ⅷ). Conclusion These compounds are extracted from this plant for the first time. Compound Ⅴis obtained from natural products for the first time.
