摘　　要：DJ塔盘是一种矩形悬挂降液管塔盘,多根降液管的结构使溢流周边比常规弓形降液管长2～5倍,能承受较大的气液负荷.具有处理能力大、传质效率高、抗堵性能好的特点.化肥工业生产中的脱碳塔是在加压下的高液气比吸收过程,气液流动参数FP高达2以上.在扩能改造中,降液管往往成为操作瓶颈,易发生液泛现象.具体的工业应用案例说明,采用DJ塔盘可以解除操作瓶颈,实现增产扩能.DJ tray with suspending downcomer, DJ tray has characteristics of large capacity, high separation efficiency and good in anti-choking. In the CO2-removal tower of chemical fertilizer in- dustry, the gas-liquid flow coefficient is above 2, in revamp for capacity increase the downcomer of the plates generally becomes the bottleneck, and flooding of downcomer is liable to occur. The DJ tray has several rectangular downcomer attached, the overflow periphery is 2-5 times longer than that of conventional trays, so larger liquid volumes may pass through, and they have been used successfully in the design of the CO2-removing tower for capacity increase.
