摘 要:利用格林函数解析法,针对高功率激光器中常见的环形分布激光束,计算并分析了由化学氧碘激光器目前比较流行的几种光学材料蓝宝石(Al_2O_3)、石英玻璃(SiO_2)、单晶硅(Si)组成的窗口镜的温度场分布以及热畸变特性。计算结果表明,在激光辐照的5秒时间内,温升场主要集中在激光束辐照的环形区域内,在整个镜面上远未拉平,由此引起的径向热变形也很不均匀。在激光辐照功率为50kW,辐照时间为5s的情况下,Al_2O_3、SiO_2、Si,三种窗口镜的最大热变形量分别是1.993μm,0.393μm,和6.251μm。According to analysis of Green's function, a few kinds of optical materials such as Al2O3, SiO2, and Si etc. usually used as substrates of window mirror in chemical oxygen- iodine laser (COIL) systems are analyzed in detail. The temperature distributions and thermal deformations of these substrates under irradiation of annularly-distributed laser beam are given, discussed and compared. It is found that in 5s of irradiation, remarkable temperature rise occurs mainly in the irradiated annular area while its distribution over the window is far from a uniform one, so does the thermal deformation. Under conditions of irradiating of 50kW intense, laser at the irradiation time of 5s, maximum thermal deformation in sapphire, silica, and silicon substrates is 1. 993,0. 393, and 6.25μm, respectively.
