围绝经期妇女脑卒中后家庭支持和生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：分析围绝经期妇女脑卒中后的家庭支持和生活质量及其二者之间的关系.采用家庭支持自评量表(MPSS-Fa)和生活质量自评量表(QOLQ),以随机抽样法,对65名45～55岁的女性脑卒中患者进行1年的家庭访视.结果显示,围绝经期女性脑卒中患者的生活质量与其家庭支持有显著的正相关关系(r=0.705,P＜0.001),提示医护人员可通过增加家庭支持来提高围绝经期女性患者的生活质量.Objective： To investigate family support , life quality and their correlations after stroke in perimenopausal period of women. Methods： The family support and life quality were investigated by MPSS - Fa and QOLQ in one year after stroke in 65 cases of women （45 - 55 y） . Results： There were obvious correlations between the family support and life quality in perimenopansal period of women （r = 0. 705, P 〈 0. 001 ） . Conclusion： This study demonstrates that life quality of women in perimenopansal period can be devel- oped by increasing family support.
