摘 要:可循环微泡沫钻井液技术是目前国内外用于勘探开发低压裂缝性油气藏、稠油油藏、低压、低渗透油气层、易发生严重漏失油气藏的一项新技术。吐哈油田为有效开发低压低渗储层,在大量室内试验的基础上,优选了适合于该区块的微泡钻井液的起泡剂和稳泡剂,并进行了微泡钻井液体系的室内配方研究与相关性能评价。在马703井的成功应用表明,该微泡钻井液可循环,抗温抗污染,密度低,密度范围可调,稳定性好,总体性能优良,能够有效地防止漏失,保护油气层,提高机械钻速,实现了近平衡钻井。At the present time, pumpable micro-foamed drilling mud is the new technology at home and abroad for the lo.w pressure fissure reservoir, viscous crude reservoir, low pressure and permeability reservoir, and the reservoirs leaking easily. In order to exploit low pressure reservoirs with low permeability in the Tuha oil - field efficiently , the pumpable micro -foamed drilling mud system is developed based on large quantities of lab tests. Suitable foaming agent and stabilizing agent are optimized for micro-foam drilling fluid special in this area. In-house formulation study and other correlated evaluations about properties are also carried ore. The successful treatment in well Ma703 shows that this micro-foam drilling fluid has many advantages, such as low density and pumpable, resisting high temperature and oil contamination, easy control of mud density erc. In a word, it has stable properties anti good performance. It can prevent the leakage efficiently in order to protect the formation, also it can short the drilling cycles and drill safely under the approximate balanced condition.
