春季时令病邪与空气微生物及呼吸道微生态相关性初步研究

摘　　要：目的:分析春季时令病邪与空气微生物及上呼吸道菌群之间的相关性,从微观层次部分揭示春季时令病邪致病特点和发病机理。方法:选取时令病邪致病较典型的春季急性上呼吸道感染患者63例为研究对象,其中风寒型32例,风热型31例,与30例健康人作对照,检测空气中的微生物及口咽部微生态状况。结果:1.春季时令病邪致病与空气微生物状况相关,受气候温度、湿度及风力的影响,空气微生物的菌量发生变化;2.春季时令病邪致病与上呼吸道微生态平衡与否相关;3.急性上呼吸道感染的风寒及风热两种中医辨证分型存在不同的微生态学特征,主要表现在菌群密集度与优势菌两方面。结论:春季时令外邪致病与空气微生物及上呼吸道微生态之间存在一定相关性。Objective： To analyze the relevance between seasonal diseases in the spring, microbe in the air, and flora on the upper respiratory tract, reveal the characters of seasonal diseases and pathogenesis from a micro perspective. Methods： Select 63 patients infected by seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors - acute upper respiratory tract infection as study subjects. They include 32 cases of wind- cold and 31 cases of wind - heat, then compare them with 30 healthy people, examine the microbe in the air and micro - ecology condition on the mouthes and throats. Results： 1. The microbe condition has something to do with seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors in spring, the oecrrance of the disease is caused by climate, humidity, and wind force. The amount of the microbe in the air is changed. 2. Seasonal diseases in the spring is related with the balance of micro - ecology on the upper respiratory tract. 3. The syndrome types of TCM of wind - cold and wind - heat in the acute upper respiratory tract infection presents different micro- ecology features, mainly on the concentration of flora and advantageous bacteira. Conclusion： There is some kind of relevance among seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors diseases in the spring, the micro - ecology of respiratory tract and the microbe in the air.
