摘　　要：数字图书馆的建设无疑使我国图书馆事业进入了一个全新的阶段,但它本身的特点使之它对现行著作权法产生了冲击,著作权法所规定的合理使用权限已不能满足数字图书馆建设的要求。本文就数字图书馆建设中有关著作权及合理使用等问题进行了讨论。参考文献11。The digital library construction has undoubtedly made our country＇s library cause enter a brand-new stage, but its itself characteristics caused the impact to the present copyright law, the reasonable use jurisdiction which the copyright law stipulated hasn＇t been able to satisfy the request of digital library construction. This paper discusses the related question about the copyright and reasonable use in the digital library construction. 11 refs.
