用血清药理学实验方法观察附子的强心作用

摘　　要：采用中药血清药理研究方法观察附子对离体豚鼠左心房收缩力的影响,即在动物经口给予附子粗制剂一定时间后取其血清进行实验。结果发现,与未服药动物血清比较口服附子粗制剂后动物血清有明显增强心肌收缩力和加快心肌收缩速度的作用;给药2h后血清作用达高峰。实验证明附子煎液确含强心成分,并且此成分口服有效。The article reported the observation results on the effects of Radix Aconit prae/iarata on the contractility of left atrium of guinea pig. that was TO take animal's serum after it took the Aconit, pharmaceutics for a fixed time The results showed that the effect of serum of animal which took herbs on the contractility of atrium was more significante than that of no-taking herbs,and the rate of atrium constract-ing was faster than others, the effect got the peak value after taking herbs two hours. The experiment identified that the Aconit decoction contained cordial component and the component effected bv oral administration.
