摘　　要：针对大量的各种通信接口、规约的智能装置、仪表需接入到变电站自动化系统的现状,提出了基于MPC850通信微处理器和VxW orks实时嵌入式多任务操作系统的设计原则,使通信管理器具备变电站自动化常用的以太网、CAN总线、RS-232C/422/485等通信接口,同时还提供了GPS对时及一定数量的遥信、遥测和遥控量。本通信管理器适用于新建变电站自动化系统以及旧站自动化系统改造。Facing the situation of abundant IEDs with various communication interfaces and protocols joined in substation automation systems, this paper proposes the design principles based on MPC850 and VxWorks, This design makes the communication manager provide communication interfaces usually used in substation automation, such as Ethernet, CAN bus, RS -232C/422/485, and also provide GPS and some teleindication, telemetering and telecommand. The communication manager is applied in new and old substation automation systems,
