中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:椎动脉型颈椎病人55例,采取静脉点滴化瘀通脉液及手法治疗,观察患者治疗前后的颈椎X线及经颅多普勒的改变。结果:治疗后患者颈椎X线及经颅多普勒的检查较治疗前均有明显改变,且有显著差异。结论:中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有很好疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of the CSA. Methods ： 55 cases of the CSA were treated by iv drip HuaYuTongMaiYe and manipulative therapy. The curative effects of cervical X ray and trancranial color dopple （TCD） were compared by oservation. Results ：There was significant different in cervical Xray and TCD. Conclusions ：There was curative effect in treatment of CSA by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
