摘　　要：介绍一种电磁线用热固性酚醛-环氧自粘性胶,讨论用此胶涂线后其剪切强度随贮存时间、热压工艺等因素的变化关系。实验证明,此胶贮存性能良好,具有较高的剪切强度。In this paper, a kind of thermosetting phenolic resin/epoxy resin self-adhesive glue used on surface of insulated wire was introduced. The effects of storage time, hot-pressing process etc, on the shear strength of coated wires with the self-adhesive glue were discussed in detail. The results showed that the glue has excellent storage stability and can obtain high shear strength.
