摘　　要：对喷瓷管道热喷瓷层的应力状态进行了分析.分析表明,由于瓷层与金属基体热膨胀系数的差异,瓷层处于压应力状态,金属基体处于拉应力状态;瓷层所处几何位置的不同,瓷层中应力也存在差异,管道内瓷层的受力状态好于外瓷层.This paper analyzes the stress status of sprayed porcelain coatings. Because the expand coefficients of the base metal and the coatings are different, their stress status are in different state that the coatings are in compress stress and the base metal is in tension stress. The geometry of the coatings located influences the stress status of the coating, and the inner is better than the outer.
