摘　　要：电力网过电压分为外过电压和内过电压,其中内过电压主要有操作过电压和谐振过电压及事故过电压,内过电压随时都会发生,时刻威胁着电力系统的安全运行和电气设备的寿命,需要有防范措施。The over-voltage of transmission network may be divided into outside and inside one. The inside over- voltage mainly including the control over-voltage, resonance over-voltage and accident over-voltage probably occurs at any moment, and threatens the safe running of electric power system and the service life of electrical equipment; therefore, the precaution measures are required.
