摘　　要：本文对《中国文献编目规则(第二版)(普通图书)》与《CALIS联机合作编目手册(上册)》有关题名与 责任说明项之差异进行比较分析,指出两者存在的差异,并举例分析。提出编目规则差异产生的原因及解决措 施。本文提出的观点对我国实现文献信息资源共享起积极作用。This article compares and analyzes the differences in title and statement of responsibility area between “Chinese Cataloging Rules Second Edition （normal books）” and “ The Manual of CALIS On - Line Cooperative Cataloguing （Volume 1 ）”. It points out differences and gives examples. And it also provides the cause of differences and relevant solutions. The views provided in this article play positive roles in realizing document resource sharing in China.
