摘  要:在高温高压静态釜的模拟油田采出液中用N80钢制取了CO2腐蚀产物膜,用扫描电镜测定了膜表面晶粒大小和厚度并分别观察了腐蚀膜磨损前后的形貌特征,利用自制的磨损装置对比分析了在水砂两相介质中膜的磨损性能与成膜温度、膜层形貌和结构、流速及砂粒度之间的关系。结果表明,腐蚀膜的断面形貌呈双层结构;膜表面晶粒大小和厚度随着温度而变化,膜初速磨损量和总磨损量随着成膜温度的变化分别与表面晶粒大小和膜厚相对应;内层膜的耐磨性能比表层的要好,靠近基体表面,耐磨性能提高;砂粒度越大或转速越高,膜的磨损量越多。An autoclave was employed to prepare CO2 corrosion product scales on N80 steel. Using SEM, the surface grain size and thickness of scale were measured and the scale morphology before or after wearing was observed. The correlation between wear property of the scales and the factors such as scale forming temperature, morphology and structure of the scales, rotary speed and size of sand particles was studied with a self-assembled wear device. The results show that, the cross-section of scale exhibits a double-layer structure. The surface grain size and thickness of scale vary with temperature, and the initial wear loss increases with increasing grain size, and same tendency is observed for the total wear loss vs the thickness of scale. The structure of scale is comprised of two layers, and the wear resistance of inner layer is better than that of the outer layer. The bigger of sand particles or higher of rotary speed in multiphase flowing medium is, the more the wear loss of scale is.
