摘  要:目的观察花椒仁油对实验性高脂血症小鼠的治疗作用。方法取健康昆明种小鼠建立高脂血症模型,同时花椒仁油灌胃4周,摘除眼球取血,用试剂盒检测血脂值,用流变仪测定血液流变参数,光镜观察小鼠肝脏病理变化。结果给药组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);HDLC升高明显(P<0.05)并呈现一定的量效关系;血细胞比容,血浆黏度,全血高切黏度,全血低切黏度,红细胞聚集指数,高切还原黏度,低切还原黏度与模型组比较均显著降低,红细胞变形指数显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);连续给药对小鼠肝细胞有一定保护作用。结论花椒仁油具有治疗小鼠高脂血症的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of pericarpium zanthoxylum oil on experimental hyperlipemia in mice. Methods Hyperlipemia model was reproduced in mice, and then pericarpium zanthoxylum oil was garaged for 4 weeks. Blood samples were obtained from retro-ocular vessel. The levels of blood lipids were determined, the hemorrheology parameters were determined by hemorrheometer, and the pathological changes in the liver of mice were observed microscopically. Results Zanthoxylum oil could obviously reduce contents of TC, TG, LDI;C (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01), and increase that of HDL-C (P〈0. 05) in serum, and the effect was dose dependent. HCT, PV, HBV, LBV, A1, HRV, LRV of the treatment group were all significantly lower compared with the model group, and TK increased obviously (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Condusion Zanthoxylum oil has a therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia in mice.
