摘  要:本文应用人全血白细胞非程序DNA合成(UDS)试验,对硒化亚油酸(Se-LA)和亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)两者抑制MNNG诱发DNA损伤作用进行了观察和比较。结果表明:Se-LA(0.023~3.424μg/ml)对MNNG诱发UDS反应有明显抑制作用,其抑制率远大于含硒量相同的Na2SeO3;0.05μg/mlNa2SeO3(含Se量为0.023μg/ml)对UDS反应呈最强的抑制率(21.7%),随Na2SeO3浓度增高,其抑制作用反而降低,说明Na2SeO3作为抗突变剂,它在高剂量时又呈现遗传毒性;当含Se量≥0.046μg/ml时,Na2SeO3对MNNG诱发DNA损伤的抑制作用显著下降,而Se-LA仍保持较高的抑制率(42.2%~43.9%)。The effects of linoleic acid containing selenium(Se-LA) and sodium selenite(Na 2SeO 3) were observed and compared on MNNG-induced DNA damaged with human whole blood cells by the test of unscheduled DNA synthesis(UDS).The results showed that (0.023 ̄3.424μg/ml) Se-LA significantly suppressed the responses of UDS induced by MNNG.Inhibitory effects of Se-LA were stronger than those of Na 2SeO 3 whose selenium concentration was the same as Se-LA.0.05μg/ml Na 2SeO 3 (containing 0.023μg/ml Se)expressed the largest inhibitory rate (21.7%) on UDS responses.With the concentration of Na 2SeO 3 increasing,the inhibitory effects reduced.The results revealed that Na 2SeO 3, as inhibitor of mutagenesis,could induce genetoxic effects by itself at higher dose levels.At the concentration of Se≥0.046μg/ml,although the inhibitory effects on MNNG-induced DNA damage decreased for Na 2SeO 3 ,Se-LA still maintained higher inhibitory rates(42.4 ̄43.9%).These results indicated that Se-LA significantly reduced the toxicity of selenium.
