摘　　要：目的:探讨单侧肺动脉缺如的超声心动图表现。方法:回顾性分析7例经手术或导管检查证实的单侧肺动脉缺如的超声表现。结果:单侧肺动脉缺如超声心动图表现为正常的肺动脉分叉结构消失,缺如一侧的肺动脉可起源于升主动脉、降主动脉,或通过其分支发出的侧枝循环为缺如侧肺动脉供血,常伴发复杂的心脏畸形。结论:超声心动图对单侧肺动脉缺如具有较高的诊断价值。Objective：To explore the echocardiography value in diagnosing unilateral absence of pulmonary artery（UAPA）. Methods： 7 cases with UAPA diagnosed and treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The echocardiography manifestation is complete absence of the left or right pulmonary artery branch. The aberrant pulmonary artery branch may arise from the ascending aorta or the descending aorta or an aorticopulmonary collateral artery. It is frequently associated with congenital cardiac malformations. Conclusion： It is an effective method in the diagnosis of UAPA by echocardiography.
