摘　　要：转型时期的中国家庭随之发生了裂变,家庭结构趋向于小型化、核心化;血缘关系的凝聚力减弱,人们对亲属关系网的依赖程度极大地降低,这些变化使得传统的家庭代际关系被打破,出现了代际关系重心下移的倾斜现象。代际关系倾斜使家庭养老功能受到冲击,很多老年人因此面临晚年生活的困境;代际关系倾斜还对年轻一代的社会化不利,它不利于培养出具有健全人格的年轻一代。家庭代际关系倾斜是由于制度变迁、人口增长与老化、家庭变迁以及价值取向的变迁等原因造成的。构建一个尊老爱幼、老少和谐、代际融合、人人共享的良好社会风尚是现代和谐社会的迫切需求。Chinese families are experiencing a big change following China＇ s social transformation. Family has become smaller and smaller, and the relation net looser and looser. The traditional family relation has changed too from the aged focus to the children focus. The trend has impacted the Chinese traditional aged supporting. More and more aged people are short of support because of the increasing heavy burden on the young generation. On the other hand,the trend does not benefit the young generation. It is important for us to build up a good social and family environment with the aged respected ,and generation relation harmonized.
