摘　　要：本文概述了植物组织培养技术的基本操作程序,对培养基的配制及外植体培养中常出现的问题进行了分析,探讨了其发生的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。This article briefly introduced the procedures of plant tissue culture techniques. The frequent problems occurred in medium preparation and explant culture were pointed and the reasons were discussed. In addition, the resolutions for those problems were proposed.
