固体硅胶隆鼻术后严重并发症病因的探讨

摘　　要：排异反应与假体外露是固体硅胶隆鼻术后严重并发症之一，有急性反应，慢性反应及慢性反应急性发作三种类型，其主要发生原因与硅胶假体的处理方式及皮肤缺血变性有关。其他并发症还有化脓性感染、形态明显异常及受术者精神变态等。１９８９年１０月至１９９１年１２月期间，在６０９例隆鼻术中，共发生严重并发症１９例，占３％，均予以处理。作者系统地描述了并发症的临床表现，并对不同的并发症及发生原因，提出了处理方法和预防措施。Rejection and protrusion of prothesis are severe complications following auginentationof nose with solid silicone,There are three types of reaction,namely acute,chronic and acute onchronic,They mainly result from methods of manage ment of the solid silicone and avasular degenera-tion of skin. Infection,shape defonnity and psychological abnonnily are still other complications.FromOctober 1989 to December 1991,19 cases with severe complications had happened and treated by us in609 cases with augmentation of nose(3%).The manifestation of these complications were systemicalydescribed in present paper,managing and prevention methods were presented correspondinly with eachcomplication.
