经皮弧式椎间盘切除器械治疗腰_5骶_1椎间盘突出症初步报告

摘　　要：采用经皮弧式椎间盘切除器械治疗Ｌ_５～Ｓ_１椎间盘突出症２２例，２１例成功。术后优良率为８６．４％。该器械能够避开髂嵴阻挡进入Ｌ_５～Ｓ_１椎间隙，并增加椎间盘切除量，提高经皮Ｌ_５～Ｓ_１椎间盘切除成功率。定位正确是成功的关键。The curved instruments of percutaneous lumbar disc ectomy were used in 22 cases of lumbar disc herniation at the L_5￣S_1 level from May 1993 to January 1994. The instruments allowed successful approach to L_5￣S_1 in 21 of cases. Early follow-up showed that the excellent and good results in 86. 4%.The curved instruments overcame a defect of a straight ones. It is no longer obstructed by iliac crest so that it could be placed down to the L_5￣S_1 disc space and increased the weight of the disc material removed. Using this instrument,rate of successful insertion at L_5￣S_1 was greatly increased. There was cauda equina damage in one case.
