激素联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗IgA肾病44例

摘　　要：为观察宁泌泰胶囊治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效,对照组22例服用激素治疗,治疗组22例采用激素联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗,疗程12个月。观察临床疗效、治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐(Scr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)的变化。结果治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组24h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐和肌酐清除率的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。To observe the clinical effects of “Ningbitai Capsule” in the treatment of IgA nephropathy, 22 cases in control group were treated with hormone mid another 22 cases were treated with hormone and this Capsule, with a course of 12 months.The clinical effects, 24h urinary protein, Scr and Ccr were observed before and after treatment. Results： The clinical effects were better in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05） ; the 24h urinary protein, Ser and Ccr were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）.
