摘　　要：对近年来黄芪及有效成分抗心力衰竭的药理作用、机制及临床应用进行概述,从而阐明黄芪及有效成分在治疗心力衰竭方面应用前景。The effective ingredients of Astragalus membranaceus include astragloside, flavonoida, polysaccharide, amino acids and trace elements ect. It has comprehensive bioactivities, mainly influencing the cardiovascular system and the immune system. Research on the role of Astragalus membranaceus in cardiovascular diseases has been greatly enhanced in recent years. This review summarized recent progress on the pharmacological effect, the underlying mechanism and the clinical evaluation of Astragalus membranaccus in heart failure, so as to highlight the wide foreground of exploitation and application of Astragalus membranaceus in the treatment of heart failure.
