摘 要:在传统沉淀法的基础上,研究了用分步沉淀来处理铬的废渣。用铁屑还原铬渣浸出液中的六价铬, 通过化学沉淀与溶解,进行多次调整溶液pH值,分离铬并将其收集,铬的提取率可达90.91%以上。同时,也开展了铬渣浸淋实验,研究了用消石灰与粉煤灰等作填料对铬渣中的六价铬进行固留的研究,研究结果表明, 消石灰与粉煤灰对铬渣中的铬阻留起着关键性的作用。以上处理方法简便可行、容易控制。Based on the traditional methods of sedimentation, the authors carry out experiments to treat Chromium Slag by applying the method of several steps of sedimentation. The Cr (Ⅵ) in Chromium slag was reduced by scrap iron; the sample solution pH was adjusted several times, using chemical sedimentation and dissolution, the Chromium in Chromium Slag was separated and collected. The extraction rate of Chromium may reached 90.91% or higher. Also, the leaching experiments of Chromium slag to study the fixing of Cr (Ⅵ) in Chromium slag with lime hydrate and fly ash were carried out, the results show that lime hydrate and fly ash play a key role in the fixing of Cr ( Ⅵ) in Chromium slag. Above methods were simple, feasible and easy controlled.
