摘　　要：我国社会阶层分化对于政治和谐发展固然有其进步性,但我们应清醒地认识到阶层分化所带来的是利益主体和政治诉求的多元化,这与现有政治体系存在诸多的矛盾和冲突,给中国的政治和谐带来了巨大的压力和挑战。政治和谐是社会主义政治文明的应有之意,是社会主义民主政治建的重要目标和重要标志。正确地分析阶层分化对于晰社会主义民主政治建设的不和谐效应,探寻与当前形势相适应的有效的政治稳定机制、完善的政治参与体系和政治整合策略,以化解阶层分化带来的不利于政治和谐的张力,实现社会主义民主政治和谐,推动社会主义和谐社会的构建有重要推动作用。The divisions of contemporary Chinese social classes have its improvement in Chinese political harmony,but we must see dearly that class divisions lead to diversification of interest and political requirement and bring all sorts of contradictions and conflicts, which are taking on tremendous pressure on Chinese political systems. It＇s well known that political harmony is important part and strikting symbol of political civilization of socialism. After analyzing correctly disadvantages of class division to structure of socialism democratic politics,we have to pursue urgently political stability mechanism fitting with contemporary situation and construct perfect political participating system and political conformity tactics to dissolve these disadvantages. These measures also will promote the development of socialism democratic politics＇ harmony and the structure of socialism concordant society.
