摘 要:使用高速电弧喷涂技术结合Fe-Al/Cr3C2粉芯丝材制备了铁铝金属间化合物涂层,对涂层的常温与高温性能进行了研究,并进行了应用的探索。结果表明,Fe-Al/Cr3C2复合涂层具有典型的层状结构、较高的结合强度和硬度;涂层的耐高温冲蚀性能良好,温度升高、角度增大,冲蚀性能提高;由于Cr2O3的存在以及涂层结合能的提高,Fe-Al/Cr3C2涂层的高温抗腐蚀性能较高;其常温和高温耐磨损性能也较高;应用研究表明,该涂层适合用于电站锅炉“四管”的防护。High and room temperature properties of Fe - Al intermetallic compound coating synthesized by Fe - Al/Cr3 C2 powder cored wire and high velocity arc spraying (HVAS) were investigated as well as the application of the coating was searched in this paper. The results showed that coating had typical layer shape, relatively high bonding strength and hardness, excellent high temperature erosion resistance because of the improvement on the erosion properties with the increase of temperature and angle. High temperature corrosion property was good as well as room and high temperature wear resistance was excellent because of the existence of Cr2O3 and high bond energy of the coating. The application research showed that coatings can he used in the four tuhe protection of the boilers in power station.
