摘 要:以连续相导电的两相流为测量对象,提出了1种新的纵向八电极阵列电导式两相流测量方法。传感器阵列由8个内嵌管壁上的环形金属电极构成,其中包含1对激励电极、1对相含率测量电极以及2对截面相关电极。在对阵列电导式传感器几何结构优化的基础上,利用NI数据采集卡及LabVIEW编程语言实现了传感器阵列电导波动信号数据同步采集。在垂直上升管中气水两相流动态实验结果表明,该测量系统对泡状流、段塞流及混状流均有较好测量响应特性。为开展基于数据挖掘与信息融合的测量信息处理工作奠定了基础。For the two phase flow with conducting continuous phase, proposed is a new measurement method for two phase flow with vertical eight electrodes conductance array. The sensor array consists of eight conductance rings which are flush mounted on the inside wall of the pipe, including one pair of exciting electrodes, one pair of volume fraction electrodes, and two pairs of cross-correlation electrodes. Based on the geometry structure optimization of conductance sensor array, the conductance fluctuation signals of sensor array have been acquired simultaneously using NI data acquisition card and LabVIEW programming language. The experimental test results in vertical upward gas/water two phase flow show that the measurement system can response well to the bubble flow, slug flow and churn flow. It lays a foundation for the future measurement information processing based on the data development and data fusion.
