摘 要:以天然高分子壳聚糖与长链脂肪酸盐(硬脂酸钠)为原料,利用硬脂酸钠溶液中的羧基与壳聚糖盐酸溶液中NH+3基团的反应,制备了疏水、亲油性的壳聚糖-硬脂酸离子复合物(简称离子复合物),通过扫描电镜和激光粒度分析仪表征了离子复合物的形貌和粒度分布,考察了离子复合物对原油、柴油和煤油的吸油性能.形貌和粒度分布结果显示,当COO-与NH+3的摩尔比为0.5~1.0时,离子复合物对柴油、原油和煤油均有良好的吸油性能;当COO-与NH+3的摩尔比为0.9时,对原油、柴油和煤油的吸油倍率分别为23,16,13;长链烷烃含量高的离子复合物的保油率接近90%.A series of hydrophobic ionic compounds of chitosan - stearate were prepared by reaction of chitosan hydrochloric acid solution with sodium stearate solution, which formed ionic bond of CH3 (CH2)16- COO^- - NH3^+ - chitosan. Morphology and particle size distributions of chitosan - stearate ionic compounds were characterized by scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and laser particle analyzer, respectively. Effect of n(COO^- ) : n ( NH3^+ ) on oil absorption capacity of chitosan - stearate ionic compound was investigated. Chitosan - stearate ionic compound with n ( COO ^- ) : n ( NH3^+ ) = 0.5—1.0 showed good oil absorption capacity, which were 23,16 and 13 for crude oil, diesel oil and kerosene respectively, when n ( COO^- ) : n ( NH3^+ ) was 0.9. The chitosan - stearate ionic compounds also indicated excellent oil retention after being soaked with oil, and the maximum oil retention could reach 90%.
