摘  要:建立了快速分析汽油族组成的近红外光谱法,研究了汽油近红外光谱随甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)含量变化的规律,建立了不含MTBE汽油和含MTBE汽油的混合校正模型,评价了MTBE对近红外光谱分析校正模型预测的影响。研究结果表明,MTBE含量对汽油的近红外光谱的影响较大,随着MTBE含量的增加,汽油试样的近红外光谱向短波方向平移。混合校正模型的预测准确性不受MTBE含量的影响。近红外光谱法测定汽油族组成的结果与GB/T 11132—2002《液体石油产品烃类测定法(荧光指示剂吸附法)》测定的结果一致。近红外光谱法快速、准确,可用于在线分析。A rapid method for determination of hydrocarbon types in gasoline by near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) was established. The variation of gasoline NIR results with content of methyl- tert- butyl ether( MTBE ) in gasoline was studied. A mixed calibration model of gasoline with and without MTBE was established. The influence of MTBE on determined results of NIR method was estimated. The content of MTBE did affect NIR results of gasoline. The NIR spectrum of gasoline moved toward shortwave range with increase of content of MTBE. The results predicted by mixed calibration model did not influence by content of MTBE. The results of hydrocarbon type analysis in gasoline tested by the NIR method were coincidence with those determined by FIA method( GB/T 11132—2002). NIR method showed advantages of rapid measurement and good repeatability ,and could be used to on -line analysis.
