摘  要:本文利用电化学的方法对速生阔叶木三倍体毛白杨硫酸盐浆进行了漂白的研究。结果表明,在无隔膜电解槽中,以钌钛涂层电极为阳电极,不锈钢为阴极,食盐水为电解液,在电流作用下能够达到纸浆快速漂白的效果。单段电化学漂白的较为适宜的工艺条件为:NaC l:3.5%,初始pH:8.0,温度:40℃,电压:3.5V,时间:120m in。在该条件下能将Kappa值为24.6的浆料漂至70%ISO的白度。该漂白废液可循环使用,在循环5次使用时,其效果基本不变。与传统单段次氯酸盐漂白相比,在达到相同白度的情况下,电化学法漂白能使浆的粘度提高16.4%,漂白时间缩短25%。The electrochemical bleaching of poplar Kraft pulp was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the pulp could be effectively and rapidly bleached by electrolysis of the electrolyte containing NaCl in the noninembrane electrolysis cell with ruthenium-titanium coating as anode and stainless steel as cathode. The optimum process parameters of electrochemical bleaching were as follows: NaCI: 3.5% , voltage: 3.5V, temperature: 40℃ , treatment time: 120min, initial pH: 8.0 and Na2SO4 0.05mol/L. At the optimum conditions, the pulp with Kappa number 24.6 could be bleached to 70% ISO brightnese. The bleach waste water could be recycled to use with the similar resultant brightness. Compared with H bleaching, the electrochemical bleaching could improve the viscosity by 16.4% and reduce the bleaching time by 25% at the condition of the same resultant brightness of bleached pulp.
