摘 要:为了监测电站锅炉膜式水冷壁向火侧危险点壁温,基于温度场数值模拟结果研究了向火侧危险点温度和背火侧特定点温度的关系。首先用数值模拟方法计算了大量工况下水冷壁截面温度场分布,然后根据数值模拟结果拟合背火侧3个特征点温度差值与向火侧2个危险点温度的关系表达式,并进行了实验验证。通过监测水冷壁背火侧3个特征点温度,根据关系式即可实现在线间接监测向火侧危险点温度。For the purpose of monitoring the temperature of imperiled points of water wall surfaces facing the flame in power plants, their relationship with thetemperature of specified points on the water wall' s back side were investigated. As a first step sectional temperature distributions of the water wall were calculated by numerical simulation for a large number of modes of operation, with the help of which a fitting formulation of the relationship between the temperature difference among 3 key points on the backside and the temperature of two imperiled points on the front side facing the flame was then found and validated by actual measurements. Thus the temperature of the imperiled points on the water wall' s front side can be on-line monitored in a circuitous way by simply monitoring the temperature of 3 key points on the water wall's back side.
