摘 要:为了提高颗粒床对微细粉尘的过滤除尘效率,提出并试验研究了双层滤料颗粒床过滤除尘新方法.该方法以2~5 mm膨胀珍珠岩颗粒为上层滤料、0.5~1 mm海沙为下层滤料组成双层滤料床.过滤时,含尘气先经过上层滤料粗过滤,再经过下层滤料精过滤;反吹清灰时,两层滤料形成不相混分层流化床,双层结构保持不变.试验表明,对于粒径小于2.26μm的微粒数占90%的电厂飞灰,过滤气速为0.33 m/s时,过滤效率高达99.992%~99.994%,出口粉尘浓度小于1 mg/m3,单位床面积容尘量高达28.63 kg/m2.For the purpose of raising the efficiency of granule bed filters when filtering micro-dust granules, a new way of filtering, which uses dual layered granule filters, was proposed and tested. Expanded pearlite rock granules of 2 - 5 mm size were used in the upper filtering layer and 0.5 - 1 mm sized ocean sand granules in the lower layer. Dust containing gas first passes through the upper layer, for crude filtering, and then through the lower one for fine filtering. During back-flushing a layered fluidized bed is formed, without the filtering material in the two layers getting mixed, so that the dual-layered structure can be maintained. Tests show that for power plant flue gas, where 90% of the entrained dust particles have sizes below 2.26 μm and the gas crosses the bed with a velocity of 0.83 m/s, the filtering efficiency may get as high as 99. 992% - 99. 994% ; the dust concentration at the exit gets below 1 mg/m^3 and the dust retaining capacity per unit bed area may be as high as 28.63 kg/m^2 .
