摘　　要：文章从更开放和激烈竞争的市场、贸易区域化加强的趋势以及制度性的贸易障碍三个角度分析了后配额时代中国纺织服装业的国际环境,并提出了相应的发展思路。The global trade quota of fabrics＇ cancellation means the textiles and clothes industry＇ later,quota era is coming. It renders an unprecedented opportunity for the development of textiles and clothes industry, but does not means that Chinese fabrics will be given a promising future. This article intends to analyze the international environment of China＇ s textiles and clothes industry in later-quota era from these angles： open market with intense competition, the strengthening tendency of trade regionality and institutional trade hindrance, and develops the tactics accordingly.
