摘  要:田间调查发现,为害TT9-4和IR72两种水稻品种的螟虫主要为大螟、二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟。转基因水稻TT9-4对螟虫的控制作用显著优于对照IR72(P<0.05)。TT9-4水稻的株高、结穗数和穗长与IR72无显著差异(P>0.05),TT9-4平均每穗所结谷粒数显著多于对照IR72(P<0.05),但结实率不若IR72高,分别为56.32%和65.14%,使得TT9-4的田间产量低于对照水稻IR72。化学农药的使用对IR72水稻螟害控制有一定的作用,但控害效果不如TT9-4。The results of continual investigation on transgenic homogenous rice line 339-4 and its untransformed control IR72 showed: in field conditions, the most destructive stem borer and foliage-attacking insect pest were Sesamia inferens, Chilo suppressalis and Crraphalocrosis medinalis. The effect of 339-4 on controlling the damages by stem borer was significantly better than its control, IR72 ( P 〈 0.05). As for the rice plant height, number of panicles per plant and panicle length, there were no significant differences between 339-4 and IR72 rice plants ( P 〉 0.05). Though the number of total grains per panicle of TI9-4 was significant more than that of IR72 ( P 〈 0.05), the fertility of TI9-4 and IR72 were 56.32 % and 65.14 %, respectively, the yield of 339-4 rice plant was not more than that of IR72. Chemical insecticide showed some effects on controlling the stem borer. However, the effect was not as good as the transgenic Bt rice 339-4.
