摘　　要：潜价值与显价值的转化是价值转化理论的重要内容。奥林匹克运动蕴藏的巨大经济价值为世人瞩目。在确立价值转换模型的基础上,从奥运经济的显价值、奥运会的潜在经济价值转化和奥运会潜在价值的开发及利用几方面进行分析,为充分开发、利用奥运资源提供理论支撑。The transformation from potential value to obvious value is an important content of value transformation theory. The enormous economic value contained in the Olympics attracts the worldwide attention. Based on setting up the model of value transformation, it made an analysis from the following three aspects of the obvious value of the Olympic economy, the transformation of the Olympic potential economic value and the development and utilization of the Olympic potential value, so as to provide the theoretical support to the full development and utilization of the Olympic resources.
