摘　　要：为探讨荷斯坦奶牛连续超数排卵的效果，对8头供体以30d为间隔连续超排3次，3次超排有效率分别为：100(8/8)、100(8/8)和100(8/8)，3次头均荻胚数分别为：10.63±3.18枚、10.13±1.78枚和10.38±1.58枚，3次头均可用胚数分别为：7.13±1.29枚、6.38±0.92枚和5.88±1.17枚。3次超排的头均荻胚数间和头均可用胚数间差异不显著。结果表明，荷斯坦奶牛能够以30d为间隔进行连续超排。In order to find out the effect of repeated superovulation,Sixteen Holstein cows were superovu- fated three times with 30-day interval. The results showed that the efficiency were 100（8/8）,100（8/8） and 100 （8/8）,The averages numbers of the embryos were 10. 63±3. 18 per cow,10. 13±1.29 per cow, 6. 38 ±0. 92 per cow and 5.88±1. 17 per cow. The differences in average numbers of embryos and average numbers of transferable embryos among 3 treatments were not significant. It is concluded that the repeated superovalation with a 30day interval could be conducted for Holstein cows.
