摘　　要：丽水区域块状经济这种产业空间集群组织形式的形成和发展是特定历史背景、人文环境及资源压力和 市场竞争条件下产生的必然经济运动的结果,也是整个浙江培育市场经济过程中探索出来的发展模式．将丽水地 区的“区域块状经济”概括为“浙西南地方资源开发型”特征区域,对该地区产业集群的区域块状经济运行绩效的 研究表明:区域块状经济的形成和发展为面广量大的中小企业构筑了一种有效的地域空间模式,对于提高区域工 业的竞争力、工业产品的市场占有率、促进丽水地区市场的繁荣、农村工业化、城镇化发展具有十分重要的作用．The industrial group formation and development on the economical movements under a certain historical and of regional lump economy in Lishui definitely depends cultural background and market competition. It is also a development model that results from the construction of the market economy in whole Zhejiang Province. In this paper,this regional lump economy is concluded into a district with the feature which is “Local Resource Exploration Type in Southwest of Zhejiang”. The research on the effect of the local industrial distributed economy shows that this kind of economy has shaped a certain kind of positive district space for the construction and development of the middle and small scale industries which are numerous distributing widely. It is important to enhance the competition ability of the regional lump industry, to heighten the marketing occupation ratio of the industrial products, to promote the prosperity of the market, and to realize the industrialization and modernization of the countryside in Lishui.
