摘  要:为考察催化剂在催化蒸馏塔中的装填结构对反应结果产生的影响,进行了停留时间分布(RTD)和反应研究。试验表明,催化剂散装时的液固传质系数是规整装填的3倍;散装时液体流动接近平推流,规整装填时的停留时间分布可用11个全混釜串联来描述。碳三馏分的催化蒸馏选择性加氢研究表明,为使MAPD脱除至15μg.g-1以下,催化剂散装结构的反应效果优于规整装填,其原因在于后者的液固接触效率低于前者并存在一定程度的液相返混。In order to investigate the effect of catalyst loading pattern on the reaction result in a catalytic distillation column, the studies both on the residence time distribution(RTD) and the liquid solid mass transfer were conducted. The experiments reveal that the liquid-solid mass transfer coefficient for the pattern of randomly dumped packing with ring-type catalytic is about three times higher than that of regularly stacked packing with pillar-type catalyst, and the liquid flow in the dumped packing may be treated as a plug flow, while the RTD of stacked packing could be described by 11-CSTRs (continuous stirred tank reactors) in series. The selective hydrogenation experiments of C3 distillates show that for the pattern of dumped packing, the performance of removing MAPD to less than 155μg·g^-1 is superior to that of stacked packing which is caused by the combinative influence of inadequate liquid-solid contact and a certain degree back mixing of the liquid phase when the pattern of stacked packing is used,
