摘　　要：基于声光可调谐滤波器(AOTF)的光分插复用器(OADM)在光传送网中起着重要的作用,本文用锁相环频率来实现AOTF射频电路的设计,并通过单片机来控制,能实现140～170 MHz的调谐,具有调谐方便、控制频率稳定的特点.The optical add/drop multiplexer （OADM） based on the acousto-optic tunable filter （AOTF） plays an important role in optical transmission network. The paper introduces the design of the frequency-controlling circuit based on Phase Locked Loop（PLL）for AOTF. The circuit, which is operated by means of a single chip, can realize the frequency-tunable from 140 MHz to 170 MHz. In addition, it is easy-tunable with high stability.
