摘　　要：城域网内分组业务占用的带宽资源已远远超过了传统的语音业务。多业务传送平台(M STP)作为一种新的城域网解决方案可以解决对分组业务支撑能力不足的问题。文章分析了被应用在新一代多业务传送平台中的新的协议和标准通用成帧规程(G FP)、虚级联(VC)和链路容量调整规程(LCAS),认为将GFP、VC和LCAS技术与可靠的SD H平台结合,使传统的SDH可以较为完美地承载数据业务,为SD H带来新的发展机遇,也使M STP成为城域网最佳解决方案之一。In the Metropolitan Area Network （MAN）, packet services occupy far more bandwidth than the traditional voice services. As a new solution for MAN, the Multi-Service Transport Platform （MSTP） can solve the problem of lacking adequate bandwidth for packet services. The new generation MSTP adopts protocols and standards such as Generic Framing Procedure （GFP）, Virtual Concatenation （VC） and Link Capacity Adjustment Scheme （LCAS）. While combined with GFP, VC and LCAS, the reliable SDH platform can effectively carry data services, thus bringing a new opportunity to the traditional SDH and also making MSTP one of the best MAN solutions.
