摘 要:通过分析并联混合型系统的结构特点,并针对目前控制系统设计中普遍存在的功能设置不完善的问题,提出了一种改进的控制系统设计方案。整个并联混合型APF控制系统基于TMS320F2812DSP设计,并充分利用了F2812在控制方面的优越性能及高速的计算能力,所以可以采用复杂的控制策略来达到提高补偿效果的目的。控制系统在传统的电流检测、直流电压平衡控制、SVPWM控制的基础上增加了电流预测、输出直流分量调节、无差拍控制等控制环节,丰富了控制系统的功能。基于此控制系统的并联混合型APF实验样机已经在现场投运。通过现场运行表明,系统功能完善、控制精度高、动态性好,采用该控制系统的并联混合型APF谐波抑制效果显著。研究成果对于其他类型的电能质量治理设备的开发有一定的借鉴意义。This paper analyzes the performance and configuration of the hybrid shunt APF (Active Power Filter) system and presents an improved design scheme in view of the existing incompletion of the functional configuration in the prevalent design of the control system. Since the ascendant performance and high-speed computing power of F2812 are well utilized, the complex control strategies to improve the compensation effect can be adopted. By means of adding current prediction, output DC component adjustment and dead-beat control to the traditional configuration, which usually consists of current detecting, DC voltage balancing and SVPWM control, the performance of the control system is remarkably enhanced. A design based on the TMS320F2812 DSP has been implemented and practical operation has shown that the system possesses full system functionality, high controlling precision and dynamic capability. Fttrthermore, the remarkable effectiveness of harmonic suppression of the Hybrid APF, by adopting this new control system, is also confirmed. These findings are useful for the development of other equipments for power quality improvement.
