摘　　要：该系统采用B／S结构，分为密码、数据库、报送、浏览、修改和统计汇总6个模块，通过网络进行报送信息，并对其进行分类、汇总。系统使用一年来，进行了一次系统升级。系统的使用不仅能够及时、准确地报送，而且加强了省局与州局的联系，也为全省环保系统办公自动化的推广奠定了基础。The system covers 6 function models which include code, database, transmitting, scan, restore and statistics based on B/S structure. All the information will be classified and reunited by the transmitting system. The system has been operated for one year, which not only transmitted the information accurately on time, but also strengthened the relation between the provincial government and local government, and improved the development of automatic office system as a base.
