摘 要:试验应用激光诱导单倍体无融合生殖,主要是通过对琅琊榆(UlmuschenmouiiCheng)、醉翁榆(U.gausseniiCheng)花药、子房离体组织培养,得出促使出愈率最高并获得器官分化的是He-Ne激光照射剂量20J/cm2.其中醉翁榆子房愈伤组织经过长达520天的分化培养,还能从它的次生愈伤组织中得到绿芽分化。试验还获得琅琊榆人工去雄后用He-Ne激光、CO2激光不同照射剂量诱导无融合生殖产生的种子。重复试验发现,经激光处理的去雄花枝一直不发叶,而与ck形成了鲜明对比。The haploid apomixis was induced by laser in culturing the anthers and ovaries of Ulmus Chenmouii and U,gaussenii in vitro in the experiment.The results showed that the irradiative dosage of He-Ne laser with 20 J/cm2 could cause the highest rate of callus and organ differentiation.Even after being cultured for 520 days,the ovary secondary callus of U.gaussenii was differentiated to be green buds.The apomixis seeds were gained from U.Chenmouii inflore-scence with artificial emasculation induced by He-Ne and CO2 laser with different irradiative dosages.The repetition of the experiment shows that the branches treated by laser havn't grown leaves all along, which were emasculated artificially in advance, and formed a sharp contrast with the control.
