摘　　要：从决策者有限理性角度,本研究提出了一种基于行为金融的企业融资决策模型,指出了企业融资决策者的金字塔式心理账户结构,利用模糊语言值优化多心理账户的重要度,建立了其自相关函数及与企业融资决策间的关联函数,以行为证券组合理论为内核,提出一种具有机会约束属性的企业融资决策模型。算法释例结果表明,该模型能够解释企业融资决策异像。In view of decision-makers′ bounded rationality, this paper proposes a new corporate financing decision-making model based on behavioral finance, presents a pyramid structure of financing decision-maker′s mental accounts, establishes a correlation function between relation function and corporation financing decision-making through the value of fuzzy language optimizing decision-makers′ mental accounts, and puts forward a chance-constrained financing decision-making model based on behavioral portfolio theory. Results of algorithmic case show that the model can interpret some anomalies.
