摘　　要：风险在任何工程目中都存在,而且会对工程项目乃至建筑企业的全局产生重大影响。本文论述了建筑企业在项目管理的过程中,如何通过加强风险管理来避免不必要的损失,提高企业的管理效率,增加企业利润。risks exist in any engineering projects, and can bring forth significant affections to engineering projects and even to overall situation of architecture enterprise. The article disserts that architecture enterprise at project management, how to avoid unnecessary loss by strengthening risk management, enhance enterprise＇s management efficiency, and increase cntcrprise＇s profits.
