摘  要:试验研究了不同践踏强度对狗牙根Cynodon dactylon和马尼拉Zoysia matmella草坪的形态与生理的影响。研究结果表明:轻度践踏使草坪叶片增重,节间直径增大,颜色加深,草坪的质量得以改善,同时,叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性增加;中度践踏增加其地下生物量,改善草坪的色泽,但草坪叶片和节间长度明显缩短,重量减轻,地上生物量减少,叶片中CAT的活性急剧下降;重度践踏胁迫下,叶片SOD和CAT的活性下降,草坪的生物量和盖度显著减少,颜色变浅,草坪的质量恶化。2种草坪草中,马尼拉的生物量和盖度在践踏前后都大于狗牙根,而且践踏胁迫对狗牙根草坪叶片长度、重量、盖度和色泽的影响都大于对马尼拉的影响。The effects of different trampling intensities on morphologic and physiology indices of Bermudagrass and Manilagrass were studied. The results showed that light trampling can enhance the expanded leaf and internode, strengthen SOD activity, POD activity and ACT activity, green the turfgrass which will improve turfgrass quality. Medium trampling can increase the weight of underground biomass, reduce the reflectivity, but it will shorten the expanded leaf and internode significantly, cut down the weight of the expanded leaf and internode, weaken the ACT activity rapidly. While heavy trampling can weaken SOD activity and CAT activity, reduce the biomass and cover rate significantly, which will worsen the turfgrass quality. Among the two turfgrasses, the biomass and cover rate of Bermudagrass is bigger than that of Manilagrass all the time. The reactivity of trampling on the length and weight of leaf, cover rate and colour of Bermudagrass is more sensitive than that of Manilagrass.
